From time to time I’ll touch on elements that will be covered in the first edition of the workbook in detail. Tonight I wanted to share the online press kit that I made for HEAD TRAUMA.

Since I was handling all the press for the movie, I needed to have a centralized place where I could send the press. Because I was on a tight budget, I wasn’t about to put together a ton of paper press kits and mail them out, like we’d done when we released THE LAST BROADCAST.

I decided to created an online press kit and a blog seemed like the easiest solution. I have to admit I love wordpress, there are so many great plugins and themes to choose from. This site and HT’s official blog http://htmob.com/blog are wordpress.

A blog made the most sense, it was easy to update and I could embed video, audio, images and artwork. To visit the HT press kit click here.

The press kit includes the following.

  • synopsis
  • bios of cast and crew
  • production notes
  • hi-res photos (you can never have enough hi-res photos)
  • artwork and graphics
  • trailer
  • epks
  • theatrical materials
  • dvd box art and sales sheet
  • Share/Bookmark
