  • I like the part in this video about distribution "never working" very well for all films - that's it's always been a small number of films who are working with the way things are.

    Also, what Jon says is very, very true: Putting your film out there is easy... getting people to want to come watch it is the hard part.

    I think we spend a lot of time focused on money and how to pull as much of it as possible from the release of our work... when really the challenge is driving people *to* your work. If there are people watching it, enjoying it, then you'll find a way to capitalize on that.

    That's not to say it's not important to find creative ways to allow for that capitalization to happen... but it's a smaller part of a larger challenge. At least I feel that way.

    Great video again, Zak. You're really pushing the production quality of these updates and it has my thinking about how I can try and do that same for NB.
