    Structured spreadability in a corporate context seems only to flow downward in a hierarchical orientation that's generally described as "viral".  Spreadable events can emanate interactively from anywhere, but viral events are (despite their limitations) are far more preditable; so we gather at viral vent-tubes, but hope for spreadable accidents to call us away from the usual; table scraps of "treated" information.
